About me
My name is Opal. I am an artist and a healer.
I am here to guide you into thresholds of deeper embodied awareness within yourself. Allow me to support you in experiencing and understanding the divine terrain of your own body with the simplicity of presence. We’ll create a unique session by drawing on my experience in yoga, meditation, psychotherapy, ritual arts, energy work, kink, and tantra.
Sessions last two hours in order to ensure that we are able to fully drop in together. We start with a check in, followed by breath work and massage. I create a temple atmosphere for every session as a safe haven, a place to simply be. Surrender to me and your body’s innate intelligence will guide the way.
I am looking to work with people who are already in touch with their bodies or have a hunger to know their bodies more deeply.
