Dark Media EU LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”) operates Models World (models-world.com and affiliated sites). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Websites as a visitor, member, or advertiser.

By using the Websites you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version; continued use after notice means you accept the changes. You may not alter these Terms.

1. Parties and license

The parties are you (the “User”) and Dark Media EU LTD. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access Models World. These Terms incorporate other legal statements on the Websites (including Privacy, Advertiser agreement, Safety, 2257, and DMCA) by reference.

2. Adults only / verification

The Websites are for adults only. You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). You are responsible for ensuring your access is lawful in your jurisdiction. We may require additional verification for certain features (including advertiser accounts and Verified listings).

3. Code of conduct

You agree not to use the Websites to: break the law; exploit minors; traffic or coerce anyone; harass, threaten, or defame others; infringe privacy, IP, or other rights; scrape or overload our systems without permission; post malware; or circumvent security, payments, or access controls. We may remove content, suspend accounts, and report abuse.

4–5. Limited license and prohibited areas

Access is licensed, not sold. You may not copy, redistribute, frame, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit site materials except as expressly allowed. Restricted or admin areas, other users’ private data, and payment systems are off-limits without authorization.

6–8. Intellectual property

Company branding, software, and original site materials are protected. Listing photos, text, and other advertiser content remain the responsibility of the poster; by publishing, advertisers grant us the rights needed to host, display, and promote their listings on Models World. You will indemnify us for unauthorized use of proprietary materials you submit or misuse.

9–10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Websites and listings are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of third-party listings, or outcomes of any meeting arranged off-site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party content, user conduct, or off-platform interactions. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Websites is limited to the fees you paid us (if any) in the three months before the claim.

11–12. Public areas and chat

Anything you post in public or shared areas may be visible to others and is not private. Do not post illegal, infringing, or harmful material. We may moderate or remove posts at our discretion.

13–14. Trademarks and personal use

Models World names and marks are ours. Personal, non-commercial viewing of public pages is allowed under these Terms; bulk download, republication, or competing directory use is not.

15–16. Communications

We may contact you about your account, listings, safety, or service notices by email or on-site message. Marketing email, where used, will honor applicable unsubscribe rules. See our Privacy policy for details.

17. User-posted information

You are solely responsible for information and media you post. Advertisers must have all rights and consents for people depicted, and must comply with the Advertiser agreement and applicable law (including age and record-keeping rules where they apply).

18. Notices

Legal notices to Company: [email protected]. Notices to you may be sent to the email on your account or posted on the Websites.

19–21. Entire agreement, venue, severability

These Terms (with incorporated policies) are the entire agreement on this subject. Except for claims where injunctive relief is properly sought in a London court, disputes shall be finally settled under the Rules of Arbitration of the London Chamber of Commerce by one arbitrator in London, in English. If a provision is unenforceable, it is reformed only as needed; the rest remains in force. Provisions that by nature should survive termination do so.
