Dark Media EU LTD (“Company”, “we”) explains here how Models World treats personal information. By using our websites or giving us information, you accept this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

“Company” means Dark Media EU LTD and operators of Models World and related sites. “You” means the visitor, member, or advertiser using the site.

We may collect: account details (name, email, password); listing and profile content you submit; payment and billing metadata needed to process plans; technical data (IP, device, browser, cookies, logs); and messages you send to support or through site features. We collect information you provide directly, automatically through the site, and from payment or security partners as needed to run the service.

V. How we use information

We use information to operate and improve Models World; publish and display listings you create; process payments and entitlements; prevent fraud and abuse; comply with law; communicate about the service; and, where allowed, send product updates. We do not sell your personal information to unrelated advertisers as a product.

VIII. Special cases / disclosure

We may disclose information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to: satisfy law or legal process; enforce our Terms; protect rights, safety, or security of Company, users, or the public; investigate fraud; or operate the service. IX. Email from us

We may send transactional email (account, billing, security, listing status). Where we send marketing, you can opt out using the instructions in those messages where required by law.

X. Public areas

Information you place on public profiles or public pages is visible to others. Do not post data you want kept private.

XI. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect data, but no online system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account access.
