Spring is one of my favorite seasons. The days are getting warmer. The sunshine feels good. The breezes are just right. I feel invigorated and coming back to life. Just like the trees and shrubs, I want to stretch up into the blue skies and yellow sun. Joy...it's such a pure emotion and a wonderful expression of happiness. For me, joy is sitting quietly and breathing deeply. It's basking in the sunshine. It's being able to walk, talk and do things physically without pain or restriction. I experience joy when I cook a good wholesome meal for my friends. Joy is also listening to good music while dancing around the house to some good country or current tunes on the radio.
