I loves cute animals, the outdoors, entertainment, art museums, and i'm a total foodie (not a cook). In my free time I do a lot of running on a local trail, playing with my mutt puppy, reading the latest research about blue zones, preparing for a healthy meal in, pondering life’s biggest questions or out and about with her friends. For a movies and chill date i'd most likely suggest sci-fi, adventure and action flicks, unless you have a better suggestion. I'm experience in providing therapeutic services working with health professionals and am above average listener.
