When we connect to our body & treat it in a divine way, as we are all divine, we are able to tap into a connection to self that will shift your energetic levels to a higher vibration so you can call in & connect to your passions and your dharma. We learn how to cultivate our own energy, let go of past or current traumas, entering a state of bliss & understanding to the power we actually carry within us.
